I need to go the Goodwill this morning and look for a crockpot, I can't wait...I haven't gone in there since the first of october. My poor 13 year old crockpot, has a rusty foot on the bottom and it is now a large whole...it still works great but I think it's time to replace it. Hope I can find some other things and a couple sweatshirts. Hubby wanted to go with me yesterday and I want to go alone....more time to look around. I woke up and he is still sleeping...I'm leaving in about 30 min. Not much else I need to do today..other then laundry. No new years party or anything...I have to work tomorrow (wow, time and 1/2).

It's a dark, dreary, rainy day here. I'll probably do a little cleaning and that's about it. DH has had a nasty cold for the past few days and I woke up this morning with a sore throat and stuffy nose. We'll probably spend the afternoon and evening hanging out on the couch watching tv and/or reading.

Not much here -- a little cleaning and laundry today. We have unexpected snow, so I'm sure the girls will be out to play in it.
Tonight going to in-laws to play games and maybe watch Cars.
Tomorrow afternoon we're going to some friends, so I guess that will be our New Year's celebration.

We're having a simple stay at home evening for New Year Eve. (Just like everyone other New Years eve for the past 10 years). I did splurge and get a couple of steaks to cook along with load baked potatoes and salad. Thinking I might even make a appetizer like stuffed mushrooms.

This morning I did some light cleaning around the house. DH and I (no kids on this camping trip) are now getting ready to go down to the camper. Meeting some friends down there to celebrate. We're having a steak dinner and ringing in the New Year around the campfire. Hope everyone has a Happy and Safe New Years!

I am getting ready to go onto Target. They have a quilt that I want (on sale) and I don't want to pay the shipping charges. I have over $500 in GC for Target so I need to buiy something! Afterwards I am going to the store and picking up a tri-tip. Tonight we will have BBQ tri-tip ,roasted potatoes, french bread, mojitos and champagne. Just the two of us. I picked up some nice appetizers and a desert also.

Quiet day here as well....
Starting to take down the Christmas decorations and tree-I have the house to myself this afternoon, so I thought this would be a good time to do it.
Will have a quiet dinner tonight with DH when he gets home (working an overtime) and the kids all have plans tonight.
Hope everyone has a safe, happy, healthy New Year's Eve!

We have no plans to do anything special because DH works tonight. I am taking DS#3 to the skate rink tonight for the New Year's party.Other than that, I guess I will watch the ball drop on TV.
