Smile I've missed you all more than you know!--LONG POST

    Hey all,
I've missed you all more than you can ever ever know! But I'm back and things are ok. I've had terrible back problems since Thanksgiving, but my back is back (sort of) and I think I'm on the mend.

I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday! We did. My folks drove down and spent the night. They gave me a CRICUT die cut machine. It's so cool. I've had a blast playing with it. I'm a new avid stamper/ card maker but it's such a neat gadget. My parents love buying me "creative" things. The big joke was that I've never been so excited!-- except when I got an easy bake oven when I was 5!

Scott's parents were extremely generous this year (shocking but true).

I had purchased all of my gifts by October so we were able to add to the gifts a little with $$ left over for saving, glasses, and some other necessities.

As for you all, I've missed being in your lives and now that my back is better and I can sit for longer than 10 minutes, I plan on annoying you all with millions of responses. LOL

I've promised my dr. that I would exercise to improve my back muscles. But alas I know I won't : 1. go to a gym 2. do it on my own etc. but I have committed to an extra job 2 nights a week at our local Hobby Lobby. I litterally must walk and stand for about 2 hours. Dr. approved of course. I get the benefit of : 1.strengthening my back 2. Meeting new people (I'm very lonely, I hardly ever meet people from my landlord job) 3. I get a wonderful 15% discount to support my craft habit 4. Money I earn will reflect on my SS when I turn 65. That cant hurt!

I've thought of you all a bizillion times over the last 4 or more weeks and I hope to catch up to you soon.

P.S. Our big kids have caught the frugal bug I happen to know that they've lurked around here some. Good for them!

Love and Hugs to you all!

Thanks gals for all of your well wishes. I've missed everyone so much. My new avatar is courtesy of 3 of my 5 daughter's. The little girls had a dance recital (the Sunday before Christmas) and my daughter Ashleigh came down to surprise them. The little ones had on lots of stage make up, but they do look so cute! It was a great recital! They had worked so hard!

Hey welcome back! Glad to hear that your back is feeling better. I can surely empathize with back pain (had back surgery several years ago, still plagued with intermittent back pain). Take care of it, it is the only one you'll ever get!
