    Default Peeking in to say howdy, missed you all!!!

    I REALLY am still alive here on the farm, life just got super hectic, then the computer died, and then I actually went and got a job:surprise: !!!

    Gosh it's been so long! Let's see, thanksgiving was good, nice and quiet with just my mom and brother and best friend and her husband. We got the farm pretty well tucked in for the winter but we're having a heat wave here in Ohio! Trust me, I'm NOT complaining, loving these 50 degree temps in Jan!

    Christmas was our typical dysfunctional get together but this year hubbies family won the dysfunctional title for once, usually it's my family, lol!

    Things are going well paying down the mortgage and squeezing the pennies, and the money from the new PT job bought me a new computer and paid off my CC bill!

    Hope to be around more now that things have settled down a bit, and hugs to ALL, I've missed you, oh and welcome to all the newbies, this place is the BEST gathering place on the web for support!

    I have missed you so much, you always lifted my spirits with your hilarious humor!! What kind of part time job did you get??How is that going with all of your farm chores?? That stinks about computer too. Do you believe the warm weather that we have been having in the great ol' Buckeye State? Are you going to watch the OSU Buckeyes Monday night? My DH and family are huge fans, DH has his own bathroom in OSU decor. Anyway, glad to have you back with us!!!

    Thanks so much for the warm welcome back everyone, you have no idea how wonderful that felt! I really need a stable place about now, lol, we've begun to feel our house is an island among a world of family/friends chaos!

    I'm hoping to be able to participate more here in the near future, still working out a few things with the family/work/home scheduling.

    I'm working nights stocking right now and believe it or not I SWEAR it's the best cure for winter depression, I work 3 nights a week from 10pm to 6am and the bright lights and no windows tricks my body into thinking the days are longer, that and the physical exercize in a warm environment really have me feeling pretty darn good for my age! Beats paying for therapy or anti depressants, and it comes with a pay check!

    And I'll get to see part of the football game but have to be at work tonight, bet we'll have the radio on though, GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!!!!!
