Default How did I forget to deposit a paycheck?!!

Can you imagine??!! My budget is REALLY tight(I was on disability from 6/17 thru 10/31...only 50% of my salary, plus all the added medical bills)...but I had been really careful with my spending! Today, I emptied my work 'tote bag', and lo and behold...there was a paycheck from 11/27/06 down at the bottom!! What an unexpected surprise(and yes, it's in the bank already!)

It's a nice surprise isn't it? And after all that you know you can live on less and make a little stretch!

That happened to me once when I owned the video store. I kept thinking man my money is so tight right now and the later I found a bag with cash and checks in it...! I couldn't believe it. It did help though Glad you found it.

    I love surprises like that!!
They are twofold, you get the unexpected windfall of extra cash AND you get to see how little you've survived on and KNOW it can be done

LOL, this reminds me of the time I found $400 cash in an old purse of mine that I was donating to a fund raiser. I hadn't used that purse in maybe 2 years! I'm so glad you found that check.
