    Default not new but absent for quite a while!

    I just wanted to say hi! I used to post a ton but a bit of cyber junk got in the way.

    Yep it's ok. Word to the wise though. Don't post photos if there is info making them traceable to you by any info in a forum. Also different user names for different forums is a great idea!

    Yeah kinda creepy. Another warning don't post a public email address on any site that is actually traceable to you by a reverse email search. Some wierdos have too much unproductive time. Just me smarter and more cautious about it than I.

    Also the wierdo had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS LOVELY SITE but a fitness site.

    Its not a super huge deal but kinda freaky.
