    Default Good to be back home!

    I've missed you guys so much! Seems that the guys who wired our house for phone, DSL and cable got some wires crossed and everything started going wacky here. The DSL went out the Thursday before Christmas and they put us off until the Wednesday after Christmas to come out to try to fix it. They thought they had it fixed, but then it went out again 15 minutes after they left. Then the cable went out an hour later, and the phones went dead soon after. I have had every repair man the phone company employs here at my house over the last few weeks and I know them each personally, lol.

    Anyhoo, everything is re-wired and working fine now. It's great to be back and I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! Other than the wiring problem, we had a blessed Christmas and New Year with our family here with us. I lost one of my little goats last week and I'm still very sad about it, but life goes on as my Annie goat is due to deliver (maybe twins) in March. Our weather has been somewhat mild up until last night when a cold front blew in and it's now 34 here this morning. It's supposed to warm up again though by this weekend.

    Gonna spend some time this morning catching up on what I've missed since I've been away.

    Thanks for the warm welcome back guys. I had planned on being here a little more yesterday but as usual, something always comes about that demands your attention elsewhere. Today will be another busy one for me as well, so maybe I will be able to grab some computer time tonight.
