Here we go again....de ja vu (bad news)
Dh just lost his job. Again.
The loan company he works for is going out of business. Today was his last day
I am so tired of this. So very very tired. Tired of worrying about groceries. Tired of worrying about bills.
We can make it, the only thing that really stinks is we just started this CCCS thing. If we stop or default now, all dh's creditors are going to sue him for the $$ and we will end up bankrupt
I will add more hours at work. But seeing as college classes start next week, there are only so many shifts I can add.
I feel like my head is going to explode.

We used to go through this once or twice a year with dh's old job at the shipyards. Will the state be offering unemployment or even better yet unemployment and retraining? State of WA lets you go online, in person or over the phone to sign up. THey also usually know of places where you can get help while money is tight ie: food, help with utullities etc. CCCS may be able to stall if you can let them know that an unexpected job loss has occured and they might even have a list of services that you can apply to. I also used to sit down dh and let him know that wile I'm supportive and will stick with him through this he is not the only one going through this. He would get cranky and well to be honest it was like he was on a major PMS the whole time he was home. SO while it all still new let him know that eveyone feels bad but being a jerk wont help!!

YankeeMom, so sorry to hear about your dh and his job. Call your CCCS counselor and explain the situation perhaps there is something on their end that they can do until your dh finds work again. Hugs and prayers for you and your family.

AWWWHHHH.....Heather...I know Iknow.....how you feel...... the helplessness and hopelessness of it.... and what he is feeling too.... his ego must be shot. But you've been there before (as I have....ugh), do something nice for yourself and him.....and then do the next thing.

I'm sorry Heather. I've been out of work for a year now though dh is working. I hope your dh finds a job real soon. Maybe he can find a contract position if he doesn't do well with long term jobs.
