What courses are you taking (if you don't mind me being nosey )
What you gonna be when you grow up?
Took my neice up to visit a friend that went to Potsdam college eons ago.

Right now I'm taking a couple of basic courses at the local community college (cheaper than Potsdam or Franklin College) that will transfer towards my bachelor's in Computer Information Systems.

The only way to get financial aid & student loans was to be matriculated into a degree program. I'm signed up for an Associates in Computer Information Systems, but I don't think I will do all the courses for the whole degree. I already have an Associates degree. I just want to be able to start at the 4yr level and not need any of the basic computer classes.

This semester I'm taking:
Accounting 101
Micro Economics
Intro to Computer Programming
Meteorology (it was that or Chemistry NO THANK YOU) - my only online class

Sound like fun ( well not the chemistry )
my neice took chemistry in high school while she had to take it again in collage this last year ( said its sure not like high school )
I knew Potsdam was expensive ( she was there on a schalorship(sp )

I'm actually considering going to Franklin College instead. Reason being, Franklin College offers a program with my community college that transfers all my credits to the four year degree AND I can get my Bachelor's 100% online.

Considering my schedule with the kids & having to work more hours, that appeals to me more than having to drive an hour north to Potsdam 3-5x/week.

Yeah especially with your weather up there.
My neice in North Carolina took her online corse through Phoenix AZ
college.
She is a nutritionalist. I would love to be that and counsel people with healthy eating. ( She works from home for some Drs down there)
Going to see about something like that myself....
Right now i'm so busy getting my business and the cancer benifit going that i don't have much time for other stuff.
