DH is teaching his first class today
My DH got a part-time adjunct teaching job at the community college. He is teaching two classes this semester. They are IT classes, "Introduction to Macromedia Flash". I am so excited and happy for him, it is going to look nice on his resume, and the pay isn't bad, either. He hopes to someday be a full-time college instructor.

He called to tell me it went well. It is a three hour class. He is still at school, because he is enrolled in a class this afternoon. He is a full-time student, taking 12 hours this semester, and teaching 6 hours. He has completed his Digital Media certificate, that is how he got this job. He is just taking the other required courses for his degree. He was highly recommended for the job by two of his former instructors.
Because he is teaching six hours, he also gets to take six hours TUITION FREE this semester. Bonus! He also qualified for a Pell Grant this year. Things seem to be looking up for us.
