    I find it funny that I can read this with out a problem everytime I see it, but yet when I see those word jumbles in the paper I have no Idea what words those letters make.....(guess its because the first and last letters are mixed up too... )

    Almost everyone can read it. You are actually not strange for being able to do so. Like it says, as long as the first and last letters are in place, the middle letters can be all messed up (as long as they are all present) and your brain will still work out. More of a miracle of our highly evolved brains, really.
