Default I have not been to frugal lately

Since my car accident and hurt my back . I have not been to frugal. we have ate out alot because I just dont feel like cooking. It hurts for me to stand or sit even lay down. Yes I hurt all over. I have also learned that if I am not furgal no one in the family is. I am going to try to do a little more to be frugal. Now is the time to be real frugal with all the doc . I have to see.

Don't beat yourself up too much. When you feel better you will do better. You just need to concentrate on getting better now.

    I agree with the ladies.

Do you have a family member or friend that could help you do a OAMC session? That way you could have ready made dinners/lunches in the freezer all ready.

Now is not the time to say "I'm fine" when someone asks if they can help. Accept help when it is offered, you would do the same for your friends and family.

Hope you get to feeling much better real soon.

It's hard when you're not feeling well to be really frugal. I hope you feel better soon, have you seen a chiropractor? Our's really helped my dd after she was hit by a pickup. You might look into that.

I'm so sorry you are in so much pain, and I can relate cause I have been there myself after a wreck in 2001. Sending big healing (((Hugs))) your way along with prayers for a quick recovery.

Don't be afraid to reach out to family & friends for help. That's what it's all about, helping each other out. Hope you feel better soon.
