Default OMG! I have a rude neighbor

I can not believe what I just saw my neighbor do.

I was standing at the sink finishing up some dishes. I see here put something in her trash, it sits on the side of her RENTED house and that's my kitchen window view. She begins to pick up several small things in the rocks, Then walks across my carport out of view towards the door area. She leaves.

I opened the door to find a handfull of cigarette butts on my door mat. What the heck. We do not smoke.

How Rude and Immature of her!

I have a mind to tell her so, but I don't like to make trouble.

There was another time, on a Sat. afternoon my dh and dd were on the carport washing the car, dd had a small portable stereo playing. It was not loud at all- but she marches over and complains about it drowning out here TV. Whatever- we kindly turned it off.

Oh, did I mention last year Dec 05, we hauled off their Christmas tree for free! My ds is a boy scout and they do this every year and charge $5 for tree pick up to raise $$.

    What is her problem??

Somebody want my neighbor and her cats. She told me she is saving them and they do not smell. It smells like an outhouse. Even inside her home...... gross....... they are aLso mating right now and the male are spraying on my car windshield.

I can't believe the nerve of her. Why can't she use her own trash can? Is she trying to send a message to you by what she did?

I like Missy's idea about returning the trash with a note!
We live in an apartment building and there is this "young" group of guys that live across the hall from us. They are very rude...they come home at all hours of the night drunk and talking way too loud. I can hear them in my back bedroom. On New Year's Eve they threw food around the hallway. I think one of my elderly neighbors reported them to managment. I hope they move soon!

Im telling you this from personal experiences, with crappy neighbours. lol
Becareful if u dont know them, they could be real coo coo. Ans sometimes it just makes things worse.i wont even talk to the 2 door down one from me. Shes a alcholic and i know she does drugs. I live in a 7 townhouse. One on my side and another 7 townhouse across from us. My good neighbour right next door---she's tells me what she hears next door, and how much the 15 yr old babysits the other 2. She says she's a idiot, and the first three weeks she moved in, either parties or never home, kids what they wanted. Sounded like elephants coming through, shakes the walls facing her living room.
Do what you want did, Id only talk to her if u have too..

we have a rude neighbour who lets thier dog poop all over our front yard and the grass near the road in front of our house. The have a great back yard but still they let him out front and he comes over to our yard and poops.
We are going to start collecting it and putting it back on thier yard. As well we are posting a sign that says please pick up your dog poop it is rude to leave it and people step in it.

Does your city/town have a fine for not picking up after your dog? Here, they charge L1,000 ($2,000) if you're caught. They even have doggy patrols around the soccer fields!

My flesh wants to do all those things back, but I won't lower my standards to meet her at hers. It's a matter that will be ingnored! I have noticed that she does walk around like she has a chip on her shoulder.

We live in a community where there is HOA rules, I may bring up the issue or I may just put a plate of cookies on her door step.
