    Default update on my life

    Ok so I was haveing a bad day and I whinned that my life wanted to make me cry. Yes I have some valid complaints and yes I need more help from my family but I do want to say to in no way is my life like any of those families that you see on suppernanny or nanny 911. My kids are pretty good, they have moments and Im not always sure how to deal with them becuase this is all new to me. UNtil the last year my dd was an angel. We had no issues. My friends admired us and wanted to know how we got her to be so good. The trueth was that she just was good. We didnt really have any rules becuase we didnt need them. She didnt argue or fight. SHe wasnt messy and was easy to please. But the last year and a half have brought so many changes and she is also growing so she is changeing. And my little dd is so different than big dd ever was. Daddy works alot to get ahead NOTTo avoid comeing home.He also goes to school so he can go to work for Grumman, its an amazing oppertunity and will one day net him a salary that will inable him to care for his family in the lifestyle he wants. And he will be able to take more time to be with his family and this job will take him places all over the world.
    I am a very suportive wife and complain very little to dh. He tells me many times over how lucky he feels to have me and I knwo he truely does feel this way becuase his coworkers have told me so. My dh is a hard worker by nature and that is why he spends so much time at work or school. My self esteem is with me and my problem I do not make it his problem in anyway.

    With all that said I want to thank everyone who responded to my post and I enjoyed your ideas and have put them to work. Dd is now responsable for picking up her room up every night and she has done it everysingle night for the last 5 nights. IT takes her three hours but it gets done. I cant understad why it takes her three hours to clean a room that she has done nothing but sleep in since the last time she cleaned it.I imagine she will get faster when she gets tired of cleaning it daily.

    I have also started a pamper mommy found and I caught dh contributing to it! I love that man. I am going to get my hair done and get a manicure once in a blue moon just for me even if it means dd doesnt get her ice cream.

    We all have moments where we need to vent...then we feel better and life goes on. Good for you on setting up some new rules at home and for creating a pampering fund. That is so very important!
