Default anyone know how to file form 1099B on taxes?

Ok so I am trying to save money by trying to fill my taxes out on taxslayer.com. I am confused about 1099B. Am I supposed to report it? I got the form 1099b today. The stocks sold for 1106.37 but that isn't all my gains. On the irs site it says to only report if it's more than 1,500 capital gains and it just has me confused. I know in interest I didn't make much at all and when I put that amount onto my taxes it deducted like at least 200 off of what I would get get and I don't think that's right. However I don't want to do this wrong and get into trouble. Thanks in advance.

    Default

nevermind. I think I was over thinking it too much but figured it out that I had to calculate how much I paid for stocks and minus how much I got and duh there's my interest that they can tax. So outta that they can tax 116 of my interest and the 5 dollars they took off is so much better than that 200 before lol
