New to the site, but not to the life!!
Yup, I just joined the site yesterday...I already joined the grocery challenge.
I have been couponing/refunding for over 12 years and I love it! It's one of my hobbies. "Back in the day" I woiuld regularly go the the g. store and buy 100-150 of grocieries and pay only 10 or so dollars. But that was another time and double couponing. Now it's a bit more work.....but I enjoy it. I found this site as I was looking for a recipe for making instant oatmeal packets from scratch at home. I never found the recipe (not here, anyway - I did find one and my son loves it!), but I love the community that I stumbled upon. Can't wait to spend some more time and see all that is here!

How wonderful that you were able to adopt 2 children at once.
My cousin was in the process of adopting a little boy from Columbia. When it was time for them to go down and pick him up my cousin's wife could not go down because she was pregnant. (They didn't see that one coming, true miracle after years of infertility.) Sooooo my cousin's boys are a year apart. The boys are 16 and 17 now.
