    Default Hello all from NC

    Hi everyone! I found this site last week and have come back everyday to read the top ten frugal tips. I am frugal by nature, but have a husband that is a spendthrift(they do say opposites attract). There is always a balancing act going on where money is concerned in this house. I work weekend nights so I can stay home during the week with our 15 yr old and 3 yr old. No expensive daycare...hurray for flexible nursing hours. We have a busy house with 2 Jack Russell Terriers and a Lab/Boxer Mix. I enjoy thrift shopping, going to yard sales and cooking. I learned to knit last winter and really enjoy it, but my 3 year won't really let me. I also enjoy cooking. This seems like a great forum and I can't wait to delve deeper into the site!
