    3 weeks early this year. its March 11th. Its on the calendars.

    It also ends one week later.. this is a measure to conserve energy (Thank you President Bush)

    My poor DH hates it! Because it is changing all of his company's clients have to make massive (expensive) software updates to accomodate the new DST. If it were a permanent change it wouldn't be so bad, but apparently this is some sort of trial to see if we really save energy because of it. And in a few years it could change right back. Maybe DH will have a new job by then.

    Ok, last year was our first year on DST.
    Pro: It stays light later
    Con: kids are getting on the bus in the dark again.

    That said, It doesn't make much difference to me. Won't make it warm up any quicker...

    Isn't there one state that does not do daylight savings time?

    I remember when I married which was close to 21 years ago Daylight Savings Time was at the end of April.

    I think Arizona is one state that does not participate in the Daylight Savings Time.
