Default Electric Razors vs Regular Razors

Do you use an electric razor or regular razor. I usually use Daisy Razors. Now I have to use an electric razor for at least the next six months while I'm on blood thinners and I wondered if any of you have had a good experience with an electric razor and what kind you use. Do you use a regular razor that doesn't cause cuts or knicks?

I've never liked electric razors as I never thought they cut close enough but haven't used one in a long, long time. Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.

I don't really like electric razors. I don't think they get close enough but if that was all I could do I guess I would learn to live with it.

I always use regular razors, just because I don't want to shell out the $$ for an electric one. I find if I slow down and be careful, I rarely nick myself. As for brand, I use pretty much whatever's on sale. What about waxing? Could you do that while you're on blood thinners?

I have to use an electric razor on my legs. I have a condition that causes me not to have any feeling in my hands and legs. If I use a regular razor I would not know if I cut myself or not. I do not heal properly either so a small nick could end up being really bad.

The electric razor is not ideal (IMO) but it is what I have to do. It gets it good enough and I have not nicked myself yet.

I use a regular, usually something from Gilette (the name escapes me). I had an electric for awhile but I hated it.

I'm guessing you can't use regular ones because of the risk of cutting yourself. I also offer the waxing suggestion if you don't like electric razors. Or what about something like Nair?

I've never used one, but have a friend who says the Norelco electric razors work really well. A little more expensive than other electric razors, but can get a close shave so worth it. I've been wanting to get one myself for some time.

I had an electric one but I didn't like so now I use a regular "Venus" razor & I really like it alot because the blade moves which gives you a better shave.

I have never used an electric razor. I have used Nair in the past and currently use Schick Intuition which I LOVE. If I couldn't use the Intuition, I'd go back to Nair.
