YEA! The snow is FINALLY melting here!!!
It's been below freezing (many time below 0) for about the last 7 or 8 weeks. I haven't seen my grass since then....untill today!! Yea!! It's 39 degrees!! Yea!! It's warm enough that our fireplace will actually keep us warm. We discovered that when it is 10 below 0, the fire does absolutely nothing and you have to crank your heat. But I just looked at my thermostat and it said 78 in the house!!! Yea, free heat!!!! (we were given the firewood!) Here's hoping that the rest of you that are freezing soon thaw out too!

Well we still have piles of snow and the side streets were never plowed but the main roads are ok and the sun is shining, hopefully it will melt a bit more today. I cant wait for spring/summer, lol

Yep, it's in the low 40's here today, too. Never thought I would be so glad to see temperatures in the 40's!

A balmy 38 here too. Supposed to be like this until Friday and then back into the deep freeze. Things were melting today though
