Default I wana grow some tomatoes…

I wish to grow some tomatoes. Only, I live in an apartment building with no balcony and is basement level.

This means no sunlight.

Is it still possible?

Hmmmm...well you could start tomatoes no problem. I just started a bunch of seedlings by leaving the light on above them and keeping my spaceheater on them. But grown indoors can result in "leggy" plants, they usually toughen up once they are outdoors. This is my first year growing tomatoes...maybe one of the more experienced gardeners could answer better....

You could pose your question at our sister site www.homesteadgarden.com where there are lots of people who love to grow things. I'm betting tomatoes need more sunlight than you have too.
