Big plans for Sat night?
DH had to go to work tonight.
He usually works regular business hours but since he is an engineer they sometimes need to do testing at weird hours and I guess this weekend is one of those occasions. I had planned a nice relaxing evening with him but I guess that'll just ahve to wait. Instead I'm pampering myself!
Bought some Ben & Jerry's ice cream and I have a movie from Netflix (Curse of the Golden Flower or whatever its called). As soon as DS falls asleep (any minute now, he is blowing raspberries in his crib
) I'll jump into pjs and head downstairs with a blanket. I hate to admit it but sometimes it is nice to spend an evening just by yourself.
What are your big plans for Saturday night?

We are going to have dinner in 1/2 hour, then go grocery shopping (just a few things to get us through this week) then I'm going to watch All Maxed Out at 8pm and Suze Orman at 9pm. It's not that exciting of a Saturday, but I love to watch those financial shows, they help keep me on track.

Just me again this evening so I'm going to have cereal for supper, pick up a bit, bathe and watch TV. Thrillsville. This cruddy weather stinks. Made for a long day, but I did ride out to my sisters- she bought four new horses and all the tack to go with each one. She does not practice frugality.

No big plans here.
We dyed Easter eggs. I made fruit salad & devilled eggs to take to moms. My yeast rolls for tomorrow are in the oven. As soon as all the kids are asleep we'll do the Easter baskets. Hopefully with a glass of wine in hand

Oh my big plans include warming stew up in the oven for supper, relaxing with a round of WarCraft 3, and waiting for my
to get home so I know he's safe and sound -- there's a blizzard going on outside and I won't be happy til he's home and I can hug him and tell him I love him.

No big plans. Yds has a friend over and somehow, dont ask me, they managed to break the glass in his storm window. What the kid was doing with the window open in 30 degree weather and the heat running is beyond me, He does not know it yet but this will be his last sleepover ever. Oh and we are making him pay for the window.
Dh painted the upstairs bathroom today so thats drying and I am coming down with the bug so I feel kind of bad. Fun night not

I sewed a big dog pillow all night using up items from freecycle. Also I picked through used candle wax to match up as close as possible from old candles so I can make some new ones.

DW is babysitting gs at their house so I am hanging out at the village.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
