Need Support, Please!
Hello, all!
I realize I'm only recently venturing beyond being a lurker, but may I please ask for prayers and good vibes? No, not for a catastrophe, but I am in a Master's program AND we are moving in two weeks AND AND AND (too many other things...) plus I am sooooo overwhelmed with three papers I have to write that I think I am going to explode! I still need to schedule an interview for one.... ay caramba, I just remembered that, too!!!!
I usually have no trouble writing papers, since I'm a writer (!), but I just cannot get going! I already got an extension from two professors (one from each class), but I still feel stressed to the max. I'm not used to writer's block, and this is a lousy time to get it. I've also been quite ill with migraines and depression.
Please, may I ask for prayers and good vibes? It'd be great knowing they were out there for me!

Deep breath & try to go for frequent walks to clear your mind. Don't think you have to do it all where moving and all is concerned, don't hesitate to ask for help. Good Luck!

Good luck, I'll be prayng for you, but I also want to offer a suggestion. When I was in grad school (20+ years ago) and got panicked I would make a cup of good tea (some other beverage would work too) and set up a tray and go sit on my sofa and have a little ritual of relaxing, drinking my tea, and convincing myself that right now, right here, I am civilised and under control. It took about 10 minutes, and then I could take my under-control self and get to work on whatever paper or project had me stumped. Hope it might work for you.
