    Default Adopt A Soldier

I recieved this email a few days ago and thought I would post it here in case anyone is interested in adopting a soldier. I adopted my first soldier over 6 months ago and I've just signed up for another one

    Dear Supporter,

Thank you so much for your continued support of the Adopt A US Soldier organization.

We are getting more and more soldiers that are signing up to be adopted. As you know, our service men & women are having their tours extended for another 3 months for a total of 15 months of service in a war zone.

If you would like to adopt another soldier just reply to this e-mail. Please include in this e-mail your username so we can keep our files up to date.

If you know someone else who would like to adopt one of our soldiers, please have them sign up on our site, www.adoptaussoldier.org

We know that your e-mail, “snail-mail”, packages and other communications make the soldiers day when they come back to their barracks at the end of their shift.

We thank you again for your continued support of our soldiers.

    Sincerely,

    ADOPT A US SOLDIER

    Your Support Really Helps!!!

I've used the anysoldier.com program since July & think these types of programs are wonderful. I've sent several care packages with letters & have got responses from some. Many soldiers say getting mail is the highlight of their day... many ask for letters or drawings from children. I actually feel like I'm helping our soldiers & think its such a small thing to do for what they do each day. Thanks for posting & reminding me to get another package mailed!
