    Default What did they call the stock market crash in 1929?

    What did they call the stock market crash of 1929???? My one son insists black monday. Our internet search says 1987 was black monday. The other son says his teacher says black sunday. That doesn't make sense since the market isn't open on sundays. Any ideas???

    Sorry, I think it started with Black Thursday and ended with Black Tuesday (with a Black Monday in the middle)
