    Default Well I did it

    I signed on lots of dotted lines today........ I hired a lawyer to fight for me. I was denied SSI again. As they put it everything is controlled. They told me it would be 10 months before I hear anything. Wish me luck

    Good Luck...Although with having a lawyer there shouldnt be any problems with you winning your case..My Mom went through the same thing as you..getting denied several times before getting a lawyer..When her case was won it was retroactive from the first day she applied which was 2 1/2 yrs before that..Sadly my Mom never got to see any of that thousands of dollars that she would have gotten had she not died less then 2`weeks after winning the case..
