hello all!
Hi everyone! I am Tom's Mom (incase you aren't sure by the UN
). I also have a daughter, but "TomsMom" just sounds better :lol
I am a long time lurker, and a big fan of the freebie forum. I figured you all have helped me so much without even knowing it, I might as well join and be a part of the board.
Let's see... the important summary; I live in PA with my two kids, DH, three dogs, two cats and one hamster. I am passionate about animal rescue (all of our pets are from rescue organizations, even the hammie), gardening, and my family. I love to read, putter around in the garden, do needle work, blog and listen to NPR... although not all at the same time
. I put up what we grow, gather wild berries and greens, and slowly but surely am replacing all the grass in our yard with other flowers or edibles. It is slow because I refuse to spend good money on things I know will come my way if I am patient. We are working our way to being credit card debt free again. We were cc debt free before we bought the house. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!
