Open House. . .again!
I could really use your prayers my frugal friends!
My family is off to have some fun in the sun, and I'm here getting ready for another Open House. I am discouraged (I hope you all are not sick of hearing about this, sorry!) but trying to keep my chin up and think positive! I'm really hoping and praying the right buyer comes along today . . . or soon!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate all of you more than you know!

Good luck! I hope that bratty neighbor of yours behaves himself.
Sending good thoughts your way. Don't worry about things and enjoy your day of fun.

Oops! Wrong open house thread!
Like I said previously, good luck and just be thankful you don't have Frooz's neighbor to spoil your open house.

Oh so true!! Wanted to thank you guys very much for the well wishes! We did get some people coming through, some interest, but still no offers. Please keep us in your prayers since many issues are cropping up due to us being in "limbo".
I really don't know what to do about school for my 12 and 8 years olds and that is part of my stress on waiting this out. We have already missed priority registration at their current school (private one). If I go ahead and register them late and we end up moving in time, I lose the $575.00 registration fee! That's a lot of $ to wave goodbye to! Seventh grade is almost full, so if I don't register my son soon, he'll end up on the waiting list. This is the only school he's ever known, been there since Pre-school. Schools start in Colorado about 3 1/2 weeks earlier than here, and I don't know how registration works there, or which schools they'll go to, since we don't know exactly where we'll be living, SINCE WE HAVEN'T SOLD THE HOUSE! LOL! Kind of a domino effect, KWIM?
Should I be packing or not????
Anyway, a hard place to be. Thanks for listening!
