    Default A re-introduction!

    Hi everyone! I'm not new to the site, but I haven't posted in ages. I was doing really well at getting our finances under control in the run-up to the birth of our first child. I was totally on top of everything. Then the baby arrived...and everything's been a whirlwind ever since!

    But I need to get back on the frugal wagon and try to get on top of all of this again. DD is 13mos now, and I've officially been a SAHM since my maternity leave finished up in March. Not bringing in an income has been a real adjustment! We're also in the process of moving from the UK to the US (I'm American, DH is Scottish), so there are all sorts of horrible expenses and unexpected things coming our way. I'm not really looking to pay off debt right now - I'm looking to cut our expenses as much as possible and then just try to keep us afloat while we transition from the UK to the US. THEN I want to start attacking the debt and get our savings back on track.

    So - just wanted to say hello again, and I hope it's okay if I just dive right back in!
