Diet Coke withdrawal . . .
I am out of Diet Coke/Diet Pepsi (love them both!)
and I'm having withdrawal symptoms! LOL! I don't drink coffee.
Is there anything you MUST have or you just can't get through the day?
coffee? tea? soda? chocolate? sugary or salty snacks? What's your fix?

Sadly, caffine is my addiction. I need a cup of coffee in the morning, and a soda around noon and everything is fine. I am, however, trying to cut out the afternoon soda.
I get terrible headaches for 3 days when I try to quit.

Diet Coke is my addiction too. I ran out and haven't had one in two days. I really really need to get some more!

Caffeine is the monkey on my back as well. I have an iced latte (homemade) in the morning and either another or a diet coke in the afternoon sometimes. I hate caffeine withdraw.

I have to have a regular Coke. I always try to break that habit, but I will end up with a headache when I do it. Still, I would like to give them up.

Coffee in the morning, followed by a diet coke, and another coffee in the afternoon, and 2 more diet cokes, maybe another coffee...
hmm, I wonder if this is in any way related to my anxiety problems?

Sorry, coffee, coffee and more coffee, all day long, all night long, and pots here too, not cups.

Oh my gosh! Remind me not to put y'all in the same room (with me in there) when y'all are going through yer withdrawls!! Could be VERY scary!

I used to be a coffee/diet coke/coke zero addict but I think I've broken it, I had slowly weaned myself off of 6 caffeinated drinks/day. I barely have 4 a week now - at work - if even. I've grown more accustomed to herbal tea.
The one thing I've learned that I can not live without is water believe it or not. I can drink diet pop all day, coffee and tea but if I dont have a huge bottle of water I feel empty or naked - is that even possible?
I do actually crave water at times - gee whats wrong with me?!

I've kicked the Diet Coke habit! FINALLY (took me over a decade and many failed attempts. I've kind of switched to a couple of bottles of green tea a day and lots of water. Can't do without a chocolate fix mid-afternoon though.

Well, glad I'm not all alone!
On the way home from picking the kids up from school, I got them ice cream for getting good grades, and I got my Diet Coke . . . . ahhhhhh!

My morning cup of hot tea with a good book before the day begins. Lately I've been drinking much more soda, but I'm just as happy with caffeine free ... is it the taste, the fizz, the cold, the ease? Don't know. I need to switch from so much soda to more iced tea, that I used to drink all day long.
