    Smile If I come up missing...

    I'm taking dd and our bikes and going to the bike trail this morning. I haven't excercised in over a year! Wish me luck! If I'm not back by noon, come looking, I'll be the one laying in the grass resting, with dd standing over me telling me to keep going

    Barely, we rode 5 miles. PHEW!
