Paris Hilton out of jail ... what the heck??!
I just saw it on MSNBC that Paris Hilton was reassigned to house arrest instead of being in jail.
I am absolutely FURIOUS! They were saying that it was something due to medical reasons? Oh, come on ...!
Also they were talking about it costing around $100.00 or so a day for house arrest so she will have to pay that [I think this was her defense attorney that said that, of course.]
You know ... kind of like, whoa is her 'cuz she is going to pay $100.00 a day or whatever for house arrest so she isn't getting off without having to pay.
What a crock ... she'll be home and also not only that, what is $100.00 a day to someone with "that" much money?
And, this is NOT special treatment? Give me a break!

Do they classify the lack of even one functioning brain cell as a medical condition? They should have left her butt in jail for her entire sentence and sent a message to her party buddies who are out endangering innocent citizens with their drunken and drug centered lifestyles. I guess when one of the bozos kill someone in a drunk driving accident we will hear even more excuses from the courts for them. Sheesh...I wish I was a voter in the area where the DA let her out. It is time to send a message to the DAs and their offices at voting time that we will not stand for this kind of behavior on the part of the bozos or the DA's office either. Do the crime~do the time!

Poor poor misunderstood girl.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time Princess Cupcake.
She shouldn't be treated any different than anyone. I don't care if she is a so called "celebrity". Don't like to be around all those" bad, mean" other people? Don't drive after drinking etc.

Maybe she missed her dog dreadfully or she's pregnant or the toilet paper was too rough...
Come'on people, show a little compassion! It's not easy being so misunderstood.

Someone had mentioned about contacting the sheriff's department and so, that's exactly what I did.
I'm sure it won't do any good but I sure feel better in telling them what I think anyways. *lol*
This is the link I found for the LA County Sheriff's department.

And yes ... I did mention to them that I honestly feel that there was a pay-off!

I gotta be honest and say I dont care. To a social person like her staying at home will be hard. I dont even remember what she did.
I think it was something like driveing with a suspended licens. IF thats it I have seen people with way less money then her get off for that without punishment.

I don't think she should be treated differently than the average person. If Jane Doe does jail time for driving with a suspended lisence, then so should Ms. Hilton. On the other hand, if the average perspn only gets probation, that would be a fitting punishment for Ms. Hilton, imho.

Her license was suspended because she was caught driving drunk, then she was caught driving again. That is proof that this soft-a$$ kind of punishment isn't enough to get her attention. She completely ignored her punishment by driving with a license she knew was suspended. She thinks she is above the law, and now the law is proving her right.

I don't understand why they don't just treat her medical condition there in the jail or at the most take her to the hospital and then back to serve her sentence. Lots of inmates get sick, or have a medical condition, they don't get to GO HOME because of it!!! Give me a break!

Paris Hilton out of jail ... what the heck??!
Good old MS. Hilton is out of jail and on Manson arrest. Because of medical problems.......... If it was me I would be taken to the jail ward at the county hospital and handcuffed to the bed. But because of her name and daddys money she can have her partys at home for the next 40 days......... What a joke
FernYes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

Well. I am completly a lawful person. I am on the laws side. And I am not saying I agree that she should be allowed to go home. What I was saying is that I know of more then one person who has done the exact some crime more then twice! They are not famous or rich people, and they didnt even get the punishment that Paris got. It happens all the time everywhere and it is not limited to ther rich and famous. That was all I was trying to say.
