I am not sure how dressy you all get for recitals, but around here they seem to dress up a bit. Most people I have seen wear church clothes. If it were me, I would wear a nice pants suit with comfy, yet cute shoes. I would try to find a balance between looking nice and having an outfit that would not hinder my mobility.
No matter what, I hope you have a great time and don't forget to slow down long enough to really enjoy Eleni's performance(s).DD (19)

I normally wear dressy capris and a nice top and comfy sandals. It gets pretty hot backstage helping everyone change, line up, re-applying makeup... Can you tell I've been through this a few times?!?

I went to a bunch of those as well when my daughter was younger. Something appropriate for a "business casual" office is my guideline. Khakis are comfortable, and when ironed look nice with a pretty top or light weight sweater-set,and some jewelry to jazz it up & then comfy shoes for running around! Have fun!
