    Cool Livin' Frugal in Riverside, California

    Hi everyone. I'm new here, so I'll start with answering the questions from the sticky?

    How did you hear about frugal village? Random search in Yahoo!

    What interests you here? I'm cheap! (oh, sorry....Frugal!)

    Do you know any other members here? If I do, I don't know about it.

    How many kids? Ages? 18 ds, 14 dd.

    Tell us about yourself. Not much to tell, really! I live in Riverside, California which is about an hour and a half Southeast from Los Angeles. I love spending time with my family. My ds graduates from HS tomorrow (finally!). Its been really hard on the family because he has Asperger Syndrome. My dd is in the HS band and loves it. She plays the Oboe for orchestra and concert band, and for marching season and drumline she plays in the pit (they don't march - marimba, gong, chimes, xylophones, etc.)

    Do you own any pets? I have 2 cats and 2 dwarf hamsters

    SAHM or Working mom? I'm a SAHM because I'm unable to work (long story).

    Married or single? Married (21 years on July 5, 07)

    Interests and hobbies? Digital scrapbooking, photography, tinkering with computers....

    So that's all the questions from the sticky......

    I'm a big supporter of the Yahoo! Groups: Freecycling. I pick up all kinds of goodies and get rid of what I don't want anymore. It saves the environment from stuff that doesn't have to go to the dump, and it saves me money on getting some neat things too! I just picked up an AWESOME antique drop-leaf table for FREE! I also use Craigslist.org for stuff too. These are great for frugals like me. I got my dd's boyfriend's mom started on it too! So she's saving $$$ too!

    So......I'm glad to find another frugal source. I'll be checking in as much as I can! See Ya Online!
