    Talking We finally got an offer on our house!!!

    I am soooo excited!!!!! Last night we got an offer on our house and today we will make a counter offer (small difference) so we're really thinking they will accept. We are just praying that nothing will go wrong at this point. The buyer is pre-approved and pre-qualified, wants a 30 day escrow (like we do!) and we really like this family! Oh, I just hope everything goes through and if so, then we will just make it to Colorado before school starts! Woo hoo! AND you guys won't have to listen to me go on and on about selling my house any more (are you sick of hearing about it? )

    I can hardly believe it ~ we are officially in escrow! We have a really strong buyer, good offer, so we didn't counter offer after all. We accepted their offer and if everything goes through, and the inspection goes smoothly, we will be moving the first week of August! Thank you all so much for your prayers, and well wishes as we've gone through this process!
