Today I am back to work - feels weird after having an extra day off making it a long weekend!

Today I will:

* put in a full days work
* get oil changed in truck
* run the vaccuum
* burn pics to CD & mail
* attempt to clear off this desk
* use the gazelle for 15-20 mins min

What is everyone else up to today?

Good morning! Today dd and I need to run to the grocery for a couple of things, then home to:
vacuum
mop
laundry
dust
Then spend the rest of the day relaxing and knitting.

1. Work 6-3:40
2. Do 2 mystery shops
3. Make potato salad when I get home
4. Finish weekly home blessing and start on zone 1 of the house
5. Laundry
6. Craft

I'm very excited about today because it means after I get off of work I have a five day weekend!!!!! That means I'll have the motivation to get trough all the basic "need to" stuff so I can meander through the "want to" stuff with the boys overmy days off.

~work
~quick vacuumm
~dust two rooms
~scrub bathroom floor
~vacuumm out car
~oil wood furniture
~do a quick pick up
~recommended daily allowance of laundry
~clear out fridge

That's what I've got left to have the house together enough so I can work on my "home projects" and have fun with the kids without feeling guilty ande really enjoy that time off.

Today my plans are to:

*Clean the bedrooms
*Clean both bathrooms
*Put laundry away
*BEGIN doing my neglected spring cleaning duties!

Goal Time:
Start: 8 A.M.
Stop: 2 P.M.

Gives me plenty of time to deal with kids and furbabies in between and deal with lunchtime and naptime and still be busy working..

2:30 P.M. SIT DOWN and RELAX!

Good Morning!

We received more rain yesterday, last night, and will receive even more today according to the forecast. The rain and clouds have cooled it off enough so we can live without the air conditioner.

Fed the critters early this morning before rain started again. Still have to pick the garden, run into town to buy a few things for our July 4th cookout tomarrow, fold a load of clothes. Kitchen floor could use a cleaning, but with all the rain, I'm thinking it would be a waste of time.

DD, her DH and their boys will be staying with us tonight, so I have to put sheets on the guestbed.

That's about it for me today.

Good Morning! It's a beautiful cool morning here in Va. I sat out on the back deck for awhile and enjoyed a cup of coffee. Today I have tons to do because we are leaving tomorrow morning for vacation.

Already today I have:
~Gotten everyone up and fed.
~Had the boys pick up their bedrooms.
~Did a load of laundry.
~Swept the dining room.
I still need to:
~Take the Suburban up to the shop for new tires.

~Finish packing.
~Load the truck.
~Vacuum.
~Mop the dining room.
~General pick up/clean up around the house.
~Mail the bills.
~Make dinner, clean up and hopefully have some Uno time this evening.

i have a doc appt at 9 about my thumb/wrist
on the way home i need to pay the rent since i didnt do that yesterday
need to clean the bathroom
do laundry
wash dishes
it's supposed to be nice out today before the horrid heat comes back, i want to do soemthing with the kids today

Good Morning.
Today we are going to a fire engine parade. It is a parade that is all fire engines about 1/2 hour long and then we go to a summer concert Dj or band and then great fireworks. It is a tradition in our family every year. The girls have a friend each and we set up the blankets and chairs. We have a cookout at my sisters first and then go and enjoy the night.

First day for me of being without a job (laid off). Today I plan to:

Sweep and wash kitchen floor
2 loads of laundry
Call the local u-pick and check strawberry prices
pick up a few groceries (mostly fruits and veg)
Hang out with DD at the pool this aft.

I am still trying to get sick, small headache and the sore throat has gone away and now I have an earache. I do not think I will be doing a whole bunch again today.

If I get around to it we need to....

~fold some laundry
~drop some clothes off at DS's friend's house - did not do it yesterday
~kids need to clean the baseboards
~go to WM for a few things
~take DS to batting practice and have DD hit a few also
~schedule a bath at the groomer's for my little dog
~cook some dinner
~take the kids to the gaming center for the members only free night
~possibly take a visual inventory of what is in the deep freezer

The monsters let us sleep in until 8:30 this morning! Felt good, but that means I'm only just now getting my coffee in me

Today I have to:
~finish washing/hanging out the bedding
~fold & put away clothes
~vacuum downstairs
~pack dinner to take to the drive in
~knit
~take the kids to the drive in

Morning all.It is overcast and cool. So far today I have:
*Biked
*Made bed and straightened bedroom
*Washed two loads of laundry
*Pet chores
*Looked over garden with neighbor - did our pickin and grinnin
Still to do:
Our daughter and a couple of her friends, and one of my friends are coming over to help get everything in order around here - making sure the pool is ready,decorating, starting certain foods, getting the yard and tables ready. Should be a busy day.Have a good one!

Morning all.
Its going to rain, rain out which we need badly.
Yds has guitar lessons at one, and dh has physical therapy at 11:30
I am cleaning, and I think I will make some banana bread to freeze as the bananas need to be used up. Other then taking yds to his lesson not going anywhere. Have a good day

I feel rotten (cramps and stomach ache) today, but still have to get a few things done.

This morning:
~ bank
~ grocery-- just a few things to pick up
~ defrost meat for supper

This afternoon:
~ make potato salad for tommorow
~ make meatballs & pop into crockpot for supper tonight
~ and I promised DD we'd bake cookies

~ fold laundry I washed yesterday
~ clean out the car

Tonight: get ready for tommorow:
~ lay out everyone's clothes
~ pack cooler
~ make sure camera batteries are ready/charged

I really just want to curl up in a ball on the couch, but I'll try to get all of that done.

(And I'll stop whining, too, LOL!)
