I have! So far dd has gotten one skirt (that is the good thing about living in FL, she can wear summer clothes off the clearance rack all year long). And two notebooks, and one ream of paper.
School starts here in the middle of August.

Well, my kids go back August 13 (got out May 23rd). I have bought some things at garage sales. My favorite purchase, 3 new pair of jeans for dd that still had tags on for $2/each. Mine can usually start school in the same stuff they're wearing now for summer but if I want to use garage sales for clothes for colder weather I've got to look now.

My girls are all set to go back to school.
Over the weekend I went Macy's. They were have 50% their clearance and another 15% if I used my card.
I also hit TRU as they were also having a sale 50% clearance.
I picked up quite a few jeans from Old Navy last year when they had the good clearance and then the other day they again had clearanced girls jeans.
I got my dd1 a pair of Barbie sneakers from Target for $3.00 and I have to pick up dd2 sneakers as she is very picky about what she wears.
All that's let is the school supplies which it appears that they will start being on sale this weekend at Staples.Sue

I haven't bought any clothes for fall yet. When it gets closer I will go through and see what my son needs. I have not bought any school supplies. Lots of his stuff from last year is still good like his lunch bag, pencil box and school bag.

I lucked in on a ton of looseleaf a few years ago (100 pgs. for $0.25, not great quality, but good enough), so I have that covered. I think I'm going to start scowering the internet for freebie pencils, pens, erasers, etc.
As for clothes,
and I are already decked out in what we need -- he wants two more t-shirts and we should both get some underwear and socks. I should probably get two more gym outfits and a couple sports bras. I also need a new pair of sneakers. :hmm: I guess I need more than I thought!
