    Default A blessing, I am not a religous person but....

    I do know when a blessing has come our way. I had gotten sick last weekend and ended up in the hospital. Anyway, with all the medical copays I had to put out for perscriptions, a perscription that ins wouldnt cover etc.ADD to that 2 extra bills this month too. We got paid on Friday the 13th and wouldnt get another check until Aug 1

    Long story short, we have had an extra car we have been trying to sell. A man came and looked, drove it etc and offered dh $1,500 yesterday. Dh wanted to think about it ( Whats there to think about?) Anyway, he called the man back and he will be here in a few short hours with the cash in hand. $1,500. Most of it is going right into the savings acct, with the rest will be on hand to get thru till the first of AUG. So I will put over $1,000 in savings and have money on hand. A blessing to be sure. Oh by the way, we paid $900 for the car so its a $600 profit.

    Wow that's great! and YES that is a blessing, I keep trying to convince my DH to sell our van for a smaller car but he just says "We need the van" so that just means he doesnt want to part with it.

    yeah!! that is wonderful! It is a blessing in itself to get more for a car than you paid.
