    Default There is an escaped criminal in my neighborhood!

    The police helicopter is circling, and there are cop cars everywhere. There's a big wooded area a couple of blocks from me, so that's probably where he escaped into. I don't know details, but when I called the police to find out what was going on, all they would say was that they were looking for someone, and that I should lock my doors. Cops are everywhere! I'm thinking someone got murdered or something. I'm really scared!

    I don't have t.v., so I don't know what the hell is going on. I need to call the local t.v. station and find out.

    Now the cops are out in front of my house, and they said this guy robbed Walgreen's. They asked me what color shirt he had on, and I didn't even notice! Just noticed his hair and that he was tall. I hope they get him. He didn't hurt anyone, so that's good.

    LORD!!! This is so strange happening in my neighborhood! The bigger this town gets, the worse the crime gets. I'm ready to leave, but still, it's safer than most places.

    I'll be going to work in another hour, so I should be fine. The helicopter isn't flying anymore, and the cop cars left from in front of my house, so I hope that means they found him.

    I feel for you. Hope they got him!!!I know it can be scarey. We had a week long manhunt about 6 weeks ago. I live in the country. He was caught sleeping in the neighbor(across the field) semi truck. I was kind freaked since I'm we have fields between the houses and he was A sex offender.

    Yikes!! That can be really scary. Several years back a guy robbed the bank inside our local grocery and then ran into my daughters school to hide out. Of course they went on lock down and several minutes later he left...but I didn't know that. I was so freaked out, All I knew was that there was a gunman in my daughter's school. She was a 1st grader at the time. I feel for you. Not knowing whatis going on is a bummer too.
