unpdate on the job at Ross
I decided not to take the job at Ross. In the long run It just wasnt worth it. If I really needed to be talked into it then I didnt really want it.
THe job is actually my sil's job but she is moveing so she talked her boss into giveing me the job without even asking me first. She then told my mil about it who started pushing me to take the job. I was being pushed into all corners and just didnt know how to stand up for myself. Thanks for all the advice.

I'm glad that you were able to do what was right for you and not let others do what they thought was right for you. Something better will come along ,if it's meant to be. You made a good decision.

Some members of my extended family keep trying to push me to take a job, but it is so not worth it, if I am only going to make $7.00 an hour or so. DH and I are both full-time students, he works two part-time jobs, and we have one car. If I make $5,000 a year, we would both likely lose our Pell grants, our Earned Income Credit, and have to acquire a second car, with payments, insurance, tags, etc. I am also not eager to leave my 11 year old daughter home alone after school so I can work. They just don't get it.
I say good for you for turning down a job you did not really want!

Always listen to that "little voice", hon. It will never lead you wrong.
