Angry My dd just got in a wreck

Aw man , my dd just called, she and my ds just went to the mall for the afternoon, they are a good hour drive away. she called and someone just hit them. They are okay, and thankfully a cop was in the next lane and saw it all happen. It was a teen girl who just wasn't paying attention and went straight from a turn lane on a green arrow. She drove right into them, they were turning as well. Thankfully they were both going at a slow speed. She drove right into my sons door. both doors on that side wont open. gosh, I hope she has insurance, my dd pays her own and I hate to see her out any money. argh, I wish they were closer, by the time I would get here, they will be on their way back home. Dh is away on a business trip too. I told them make sure they ask the police for all the necessary paperwork and instructions on how to proceed with things.

I know that has to be upsetting, but at least they weren't injured. Doesn't it seem like everything happens when hubbys is away--at least that's what it seems like around here.

I'm glad they're okay. At least there was a reliable witness to the accident and hopefully your DD won't have any problems getting her car fixed.
