Ok, I've learned it's better..
To be Pee'd off than to be Pee'd on! GEEZ!! DOGS!!!! After the fiasco yesterday morning you'd think I'd had enough dog drama in my life right? OHHHH NOOOO!
We went to a friends house last night to look at a young bull for sale, now this is a family that's known my family for more than 60 years so I had to behave, lol. As we were talking the people in front of me started laughing so hard they couldn't talk! I could NOT figure out what in the world was so funny until they pointed behind me, seems that "dear darling" Briar the beagle, decided to mark MY LEG as his territory! LOLOL, GEEZ DOGS!!!
What ya gonna do? We laughed it off and bought a bull, geez, maybe we should have ask for a discount?
And as soon as I got home I had to dodge MY dogs so they didn't add insult to injury!
So yep, I know firsthand I'd rather be Pee'd off than Pee'd on!!

Ain't country life grand??? My neighbor's dog used to "mark" our back door. Never could figure out why. I didn't even have a dog!

OMG, I've been there. Long time ago when dh and I were dating, we came home to his house after a New Year's eve out, and they put me up in dh's bed, and him on the couch. In the night, his dog didn't like that I was in his bed, and pee'd on my side! Right on my right side at waist level. I was soaked and smelly and so was the bed.
so embarrassing.

The reason I didn't feel it was because I had jeans and hiking boots on, when you go to visit a farm you NEVER know what the circumstances are going to be so you need to be covered/prepared (as opposed to at home where I wear strap tee's and cut offs, manure be DARNED, lol!) Besides, I knew the Dr. was in his 80's and an old family friend so wanted to be respectable, lol!!
And honestly, if these things offended me I would NOT be a farm wife, ask my mom, God love her! She was raised out in the country in an old school house with a truck patch garden and raising their own veggies, she SO tried to "raise us up in society" LOLOLOLOLOLOL! Poor woman, she REALLY wonders why she wanted a daughter, LOL, when her "roughhouse" boys have done so well in upper society

Love the story! I'm on the other side of the issue, however. If peed on, I can do laundry and take a shower. Somehow I find it harder to get over beeing peed off!
