Well, that was very eye opening. I don't eat any of the 10 specific don't eat foods, but I am sure I eat something close to them. I will have to be more careful.

I eat it all except the salmon or 1% milk. ( I hate fish except haddock or shrimp for seafood ) If I want water I'll drink water.

Most of the 10 "don't eat" food honestly looks disgusting. I just ate lunch and I felt like I was getting fuller and feeling sluggish just looking at it! Looking at the right side was refreshing (minus the milk)

I wouldn't touch anything on the left anyway. I'm vegetarian and I hate icecream.

We don't eat any of the foods on the left. We eat all of the foods on the right, and often, except for the butternut squash and grape tomatoes. We do eat other tomatoes, both fresh and canned, as well as marinara sauce and fresh salsa. I love super foods! We eat salmon once a week.

I love me some squash and spinach. I think blueberries should be on that list.

uh-oh I eat chipotli chicken salad (burrito minus the tortillia) Guess I won't eat that again. On the plus side, I love and eat lots of the foods on the right side!

I do eat almost everything on the good side.

Being a vegetarian, I do not eat many of the things on the bad side but.....Cheesecak Factory Cheesecake is so good. OMG that stuff is to die for. I also really enjoy Campbell's soups - the ones without meat. Oh well, we can't all be perfect eaters - so I will be bad and enjoy my cheesecake and soup.
