    Default question about painting cabenits

I have painted the cabenit in the hall bath. IT was too ungly for words and I cant afford to replace so I thought that if I painted it it couldnt be any worse. I used enamel paint but do you think I should put polyurathan on it?

I wouldn't put anything over it...the oil base enamel should protect it ok...You didn't say what color you used but if you poloy over white it will yellow

ITs black. I dont think I will put anything on it out of shear lazyness. I just wanna get this project done. Dh started it before I was even close to ready then left it for me to finish. I walked in from shopping and the had removed everything and started to prime! I was like ,WTH!! And he was like, surprise honey!

Brat is right it will yellow.
But since its black its a moot point.
Don't feel lazy you can leave it just as it is if your happy with the finish.
And give DH a pat on the back his heart was in the right place. How's his job search going?
Your in our thoughts and prayers here.
