Purging clutter and crap
The clutter challenge has really made me realize how much I hate having all of this stuff around. I have decided that this weekend while dh is gone for drill I am going to go through EVERYTHING. I have already spoken to dh, and we are going to have a garage sale before school starts back up. I already went through my closet, and I have two boxes of stuff (none of which is clothes) for the sale. I am going to tackle the boys closets next.

Nothing like group participation to spur you on, is there?

I feel the same way. So for my August goals I am organizing one thing every day. The only problem is that I really don't want to stop at one thing, so I might not have anything left to do next week!

Sounds like you have a great plan! We've been doing this for the last couple months and it sure is AMAZING how much builds up!! Whew! We've sold a bunch already on craigslist. I want to get us down to very little. It's such a "load off". And so much easier to keep things in order!!
Let us know how your sorting goes...and the yard sale!!
