Sounds like an alergic reaction, if it were chemical burns others would have had the same problem I would think.
Pretty flip flops, the feet, toes especially, well that's something else all together. (catty
of me I know, but, oh well)

I agree with Darlene, I think it was an allergic reaction since as she stated it would have happened to others already and Walmart would have some major lawsuits on their hands. BTW... her toes well, yuck!

I don't understand why she continued to wear them after they irritated her feet. I don't agree with some of Wal Mart's practices, but I don't think they're really at fault here. I had a severe contact demasitis (sp?) type reaction to some hair coloring by beautician used once. I ended up going to the doctor for it. I didn't feel like it was her fault, I told her to put in on my hair, she had no way of knowing I was allergic to it. It wasn't as severe as what this lady's appears to be though. My scalp sure did itch and was scaley for a while.

Yep, looks like an allergic reaction to me also. No comment about her feet...

I saw this a couple weeks ago. If a pair of shoes made your feet red and TINGLY, would you keep wearing them? I know I wouldn't.
I feel sorry for her, considering she doesn't have health insurance and couldn't get treated quickly the way she should have, but I don't think it's Walmart's fault for that.

Yuck. That looks like it was horribly painful. I do think she had an allergic reaction.

It sounds like it was an allergic reaction to me too. It looks very painful!
I don't understand why she continued to wear them though. That makes no sense to me.~*Michelle*~

Yes to continue wearing them wasn't smart.Though in one of the other links there are several people with the same reaction so I figure better safe than sorry.
