Default Yuck, need to mow the grass...

Told dh that I would mow the front lawn tonight. Which would be fine and dandy, but it is about a thousand degrees outside! Wish me luck, I may die!

I feel for you. We (central Alabama)are in our 10th day in a row of record breaking temps, all over 102* with an average heat index of 112*. DH, DD, and DS just left to someone's lawn. I packed them each lots of water.

If your weather is anything like ours (unbearable humidity) please be careful. We have had two heat related deaths this week.

It was 106 here today. We had a heat related death here this week, a 40 year old woman, so sad.

Lol Julie, too bad you couldn't have done it in the cooler part of the day if there is such a thing where you live. Glad you are happy about the reprieve.

That is why I am so glad DS#2 always volunteers to mow the lawn!! I don't know what we will do when he moves out in a few years. I guess we will have some tall grass. LOL!

I hope you have cooler temps tomorrow, Julie.
