I reflect on the day, say prayers, count my many blessings and look forward to another day.

I currently worry before bed too Missy (unless I am so tired from work I fall right to sleep when my head hits the pillow). I think about my grandma who passed away last month and begin to worry about getting older and what I want to do with the rest of my life and how much time I have to accomplish all my hopes and dreams (where my house will be, what my future children will look like, when will I marry, etc...) and before you know it I have worried myself out of bed. LOL

When this happens I read a book or magazine until the words swim on the pages and I fall asleep. This happend to me quite a bit last year after my grandpa passed away. I think it must be my reaction to losing a loved one.

I usually fall asleep very quickly, I'm so tired at the end of the day. Lately I've been imagining my old house in California . . . am I really never going back there?! Seems unbelievable that we've really left for good, we're not just on vacation! LOL! I literally take a virtual tour in my mind of every room, every detail, the yard, everything. It makes me sad (sentimental) for some reason, even though I am so glad to have finally moved. I think it is my way to say goodbye and it puts me to sleep very quickly!

I'm another one who thinks of my blessings and pray. By the time I'm finished, I'm ready to fall fast asleep. But, for those restless nights....I.....well......ok.....I admit, I "decorate" my dream house. I've done this for years and I can hardly get past decorating one room and I'm out like a light. I've always refused to think about my day or problems or what I need to do the next morning. I just can't do that to myself.

Absolutely nothing!!! I hit the bed and I am out. I wait until I cannot stay awake any longer then I go to bed. If I am in the bed for more than a couple of minutes without going to sleep then I get back up.

I may be the odd one here. Ever since my father passed away the first thing that I do when I lay down is remember him and all the things that he taught my family. He was a very special person who always saw the good in people.
Other than that I am a worrier, I worry about everything from the grass outside to my family inside.

I lay down and say my prayers and prayers for those that need them. Then I go over what needs to be done the next day. Sometimes, I fall asleep sometimes I toss. My husband counts to three and ....he's out!!!!
