    Default HI From Western New York!

    How did you hear about frugal village? I found this site quite a long time ago while looking for some ideas for simpler ways of life.have been a guest for a long while, but some recent changes have made me decide to try and become more a more active frugal villager.

    What interests you here? I especially like the threads concerning saving money(who wouldnt?) and just the wealth of information and experience that is shared here.

    Do you know any other members here? Not that I am aware of

    How many kids? Ages? Two not quite step daughters, Oldest is almost 20 and younger is 16 in December this year.They live next door with his parents.Long story, weird situation, but we are all actively parenting.

    Tell us about yourself.I am a 40 yr old currently at home "wife" ( we have been together for 15 years just havent made it legal)We are living on his paycheck alone right now, and are in the beginning stages of buying our first home.We live in the Finger Lakes region of western NY.

    Do you own any pets? We have 2 cats, one Tibetan/cocker spaniel mix doggie, and our betta fish.

    SAHM or Working mom? Have been a stay at home wife for the past 2 years. Am currently looking to go back to work.

    Married or single? In a wonderful relationship

    Interests and hobbies? I enjoy cooking,cleaning, reading, crocheting,travel,camping, lots of other things too!

    I am really lookikng forward to even more great advice, tips and information form everyone here.

    Welcome from another wny'er. I live in West Seneca, a suburb of Buffalo. I love the Finger Lakes, we used to camp at Samson State Park and Keuka State Park.
