Default We are moving this weekend....

I mentioned that dh had lost his job a few months back, and then that he found a job, and that the job was in KS....well, this is it, the big move.....well sort of!
I have moved literally dozens of times in my life, but this one is the weirdest ever! We bought a house on lease, cause we haven't sold this one yet. So we ar moving with some of our stuff, but still needing this house to look lived in for showing. It's going to be sort of an adventure, living in the new place with hardly any of our stuff. We won't move the bulk of the furnirture until after the house sells. Which is a matter of prayer, and a current cause of way too much stress. We have a big, expensive house (which we are able to afford comfortably - our frugality is a lifestyle choice for us, not a matter of survival) in a small, blue collar NW Iowa town. We are going to need just the right buyer........hehehehe - there is a new ethanoyl plant coming in to the area, and there is a guy from SINGAPORE (go figure) that has been hired to be in charge. His wife is from IL, and they want a big, expensive house.( ) So anyway, she has seen the house online and loves it. She has called asked for additional picutres to be taken and has asked dozens of questins. So it seems promising, but she still has to see it.
Ok, so finally, even though money is not actually an issue in our home, it will be VERY tight for the time that we are making two payments. Like, almost HALF of dhs salary will go to pay the IA mortgage and the KS lease payment. Not the best situtaion. However, fortunately, we have NO DEBT (yea us!!! ) so although it will be tighter than normal, we will make it. However, in a few days I will be disappearing for a bit while we get set up, and the like. I have not established a phone line or internet service in the new house, as we are trying to cut where not absolutely necessary for a time. I will check in at the library when possible, and we need to get connected ASAP at the new place, becuase my only source of money that I can contribute is my mystery shopping and ebay-ing, and I need to be online for both of those. I have told hubby that I'd like to commit to making 500.00 a month to help. Usually, my mystery shopping goes to something fun for me (IPOD, laptop, extras) - but for now, it is going to pay for groceries, meds.....
Ok, thanks for listening - you guys are great!

Good luck with the move and I hope everything goes smoothly.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Good luck. My sister is moving this weekend and has similar situation. Moving with children can be a bit hectic. Best wishes it all works out!
