    LOL, oh thank you. Everyday gets a little easier. I feel great and I can breath again. Geesh, tonight (Tuesday) I hit my 2 week mark. I can't believe I can say that. 14 smoke free days. Wow, I love that. Thanks again for the encouragement. It's comforting to know I have friends out there rooting me on.

    Congratulations!! Quitting smoking is extremely hard to do - probably the hardest thing you'll have to do in your life, statistics say. You've come so far, and you're going to succeed at this. I wish you well!

    congrats dear!!!! I know it must be hard my hubby quit almost 6 years ago i belive and it took him many years to get to that point. But its well worth it and your taste buds ans senses will come alive after this.

    Good for you, 3 boys!

    I quit 29 years ago, and so glad I did. I now have environmentally-allergy-induced asthma, and if I still smoked, I'd probably be dying about now.

    Keep going just another day, and then another....before you know it, it'll be 29 years for you too!
